iner agencies Rulewave has been appointed by SOTRA Europa Caspian Line (SECL) as agents for their liner-service ex Rotterdam. SECL specializes in the shipment of conventional- and project cargoes to the major ports in the Caspian Sea such as Aktau and Bautino (Kazakhstan), Turkmenbashi (Turkmenistan), Bandar Anzali and Nowshahr and Neka (Iran), Baku and Primorsk (Azerbaijan) and Makhachkala in Russia. In addition SECL serves any Russian inland port at the River Volga en route to the Caspian Sea e.g. Jaroslavl, Kostroma, Nizhniy Novgorod, Kazan, Togliatti, Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, Astrakhan and others. This service operates as from mid April till mid October, whereas during the "winterseason" possibilities are being offered via the Baltic ports and Poti/Batumi in Georgia. On-carriage possibilities from the various Caspian Sea ports and Russian inlandports at the Volga to final destinations can be offered upon request. Via Rulewave SECL offers her services with fortnightly direct sailings for full chartering and partcargoes as well as liner cargoes with own operated sea-river-vessels with capacity of 1100-5000 tdwcc.
