1. Do the building contractors listen to us?
Answer: Yes, otherwise we will bring in the National House Builders Association.

2. When should I register with you?
Answer: As soon as possible, or immediately after the date and time of the key hand-over is known. At least two weeks before the hand-over takes place.

3. Am I given a guarantee?
Answer: Yes, the building contractor provides a G.I.W. guarantee.
