Why Monitor during Construction?
Because in this way many construction faults can be prevented or corrected in time.

Ten inspections are carried out during the construction process. Most of these inspections are carried out in those buildings which are the furthest under construction i.e. the first houses to be built. This is where most of the structural errors are made, and they can be discussed directly with the building contractor. During subsequent inspections these defects are checked to ensure that your house is of the highest quality.

In addition, all houses are thoroughly inspected in the skeletal stage; the foundations, reinforcement, drains, concrete floors and walls, the location of the reinforcement. During the pouring of concrete it is important to monitor the concrete coverage to prevent any so-called "concrete rot" in the future.
Photos are made of any serious defects. These are then discussed directly with the building contractor and put into writing.
Each month a report is sent to the Board of the Home Owners' Association, including a list of all defects and the progress of the construction.
If the building contractor does not repair serious defects satisfactorily, then the National House Builders Association will be brought in to ensure that all buildings satisfy the prescribed norms and other construction requirements such as specifications, drawings etc.

Once the building has been made wind and rain proof, then random sample inspections will be carried out. Then when the house has been completed, the most important moment for you has arrived: receiving the key and taking possession.
