My first years of colour photography. 1963-1964.

Part 3

1964. Journey with my parents to the Harz Mountain Region in the Federal Republic of Germany (= Western Germany)

My third camera was an Agfa Isoly 4x4cm camera. With that camera I have taken my first colour pictures. With the digital camera I couldn't reproduce the whole slide, only a part of these "superslides". Therefore you are a littlebit restricted in your choice of the composition of the photo, which can't be saved in its original state.
In the sixties my father had an Aldis Slide projector. This projector had a very hot 300 Watt bulb. You could only take a look for a short time with this projector. And all slides were protected by two pieces of glass within the hardplastic frames.
